12th October 2009
The weather was sensational over the weekend and several boats were out skiing and wakeboarding. Trentham Estate Winery was popular as usual with several crews calling in to sample wines and the fantastic gourmet menu. Gol Gol Hotel also has moorings on the river and was enjoyed by several boat crews for the up market pub meals and great service they routinely provide.  For those Bathurst enthusiasts; the luxury spa boat Freedom's 55 inch LCD screen provided up to date trackside info.

October 2009.
The water levels in Mildura and Wentworth remain high due to the weirs and locks. This means great water for house boating and great water width for skiing and wakeboarding. Boat ramps all the way along the river spread the boats out thereby reducing congestion in any one area. Spread the word about our water level; the Murray in Mildura is full.

29 September 2009.
Mildura’s newest luxury spa boat Freedom has been launched and is currently being quality tested.  It is proving to be very user friendly, easy to relax in and very easy to keep clean. Upstairs the ice machine and spa come in handy at about 5pm. The kids are loving being able to sit in the spa and watch a DVD or the TV. They have their bikes and are enjoying the freedom of being able to go for a ride along the riverbanks. This week the weather has been cooler (lucky for the reverse cycle air con)and they have been able to have a fire several nights cooking marshmallows, bananas and mars bars in foil on the open fire.

All previous records have been broken and we skied and wake boarded on the weekend. The earliest we have ever ventured in! There were several boats out as the weather was fantastic with temps in the 30’s. Yes the water was cool, but the spa was hot when we got back.

The luxury spa boat Escape has had a modification to the already fantastic rooftop and now has an ice machine, built in ice chest and bar area.
