1. A deposit of $500.00 is required within seven days to confirm your booking. Final payment of the hire balance is due 60 days prior to commencement of hire, cancellation may occur if final payment is not made within specified period.
2. A security bond is required on arrival which will be refunded provided that the boat is returned on time, clean and free of damage. Any damage to the craft or excess cleaning, as deemed by the Company, will be charged at the termination of the hire. A $1000.00 cash bond is applicable to Super luxury craft, all other craft a $500.00 cash bond is applicable.
3. The craft will normally be ready to begin the hire at three (3) PM on the commencement date, and should be returned at nine (9) am on the terminating day. These times may be varied if availability allows with permission from the operators.
4. All craft are non – smoking. An excess cleaning charge of up to $200 will apply if smoking occurs.
5. The hire is conditional upon the craft being at the disposal of the hirer unless the Company is prevented from doing so due to mechanical failure, river conditions or any unforseen circumstances prior to commencement of hire. In this circumstance all monies will be refunded. The Company reserves the right to cancel any hire without notice. The Company reserves the right to request that the boat not be driven due to adverse weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather no money will be refunded.
6. Cancellation by the hirer must be made two months prior to the commencement date of the hire. All monies held will be refunded (10% cancellation fee will be applied) subject to the craft being re booked and paid in full. No refund will apply if cancelled within two months of the commencement of the hire.
7. The number of persons on the craft must not exceed the number on the licence plate by MSB Waterways regulation. Babies and Children must be counted in the numbers. Craft must only be driven in daylight hours.
8.No animals, domestic or otherwise, are allowed on craft. Firearms and motorbikes not permitted on craft.
9. The craft must remain within 60 river kilometres downstream and 40 kilometres upstream of Mildura.
10. At least one person over the age of 21 with current driver's license must be one of the hiring crew. The decision to hire to all male or all female crews is at the discretion of the Company. All male or all female crews are not permitted without prior disclosure. The bond may be doubled for all male and all female crews.
11. The Craft is hired conditional that no compensation will be paid by the company for loss of hire time due mechanical failure during the hire period.
12. All fuels (gas, diesel and unleaded) will be paid by the hirer.
