These boats are identical and therefore are a great option for 2 families or larger groups
travelling together who want identical quality accommodation. The style of these boats
means they are suitable for up to 12 people and are ideally suited for couples, larger groups
and budget friendly family houseboat holidays without forfeiting quality and comfort.

Kitchen and Lounge Area

• Cutlery, crockery and cookware all provided in the fully equipped modern kitchens
• Microwave, 2 full size fridges and full size gas stove
• Dishwasher
• Drinking water supplied
• TV, DVD player and CD player. Digital reception providing Channel 10
• All quality linen supplied
• Dining Table and Chairs to seat up to 12 people
• Sofa bedsx2 if required
• Rear kitchen and lounge for river enjoyment when moored, comfortable couches in front lounge for
  travelling

Bedrooms

• 2 double beds, wardrobes and cupboard spaces
• 1 large bunkroom with 2 bunks (sleeps four), wardrobe and under bed storage space
• Sofa beds x2 if required
• All quality linen supplied including doonas, pillows and blankets

Bathroom Facilities

• Shower, toilet and hand basin in separate rooms. Second toilet on outside of the boat
• Shower base able to be used as a child bath
• All quality linen provided

Laundry and Cleaning Facilities

• Washing machine if required
• Line available upstairs, pegs supplied
• Iron and Ironing board
• Mop, broom and vacuum cleaner supplied if you feel so inclined

Outside and Upstairs

• Covered four burner BBQ on rear deck
• Large Ice chest.
• Large deck area front and back, swim deck area
• Quality outdoor setting for 12 people
• Two outdoor sun lounges
• Sun canopy over top deck
• Adequate containment for Rubbish and Recycling
• Safety railing

Technical Gear

• Economical Nissan diesel motor with Jacuzzi jet or Mercury 30 HP motors
• 5KVA Honda generator, key start
• Full safety gear to meet NSW waterways Commercial survey requirements, including a first aid kit
• Instantaneous gas hot water, long showers allowed with permission from your crew

NB: All gas is included in the hire cost – stove, hot water, fridge and BBQ
